Managing a profile
A little upkeep goes a long way. Keeping account details current avoids delays when booking or picking up a vehicle.
Information that can be updated
- Contact details, including email and phone number
- Driver's license and identity documents, requiring re-verification after changes
- Notification preferences
- Registered additional drivers
Updating a license
Where a license is renewed or replaced, the update should be made from the account. Bookings made with an expired license on file may be declined at pickup.
Changing an email or phone number
Changing the primary email or phone number requires a verification code sent to the new contact method, to prevent unauthorized account changes.
Closing an account
Account closure can be requested from account settings. Any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled first. Limited records are retained as required by law and for unresolved billing matters.
