Welcome to Superkeys.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Superkeys platform, including the Superkeys website, applications, booking interfaces, account systems, concierge services, communications, partner infrastructure, APIs, software, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and Superkeys ("Superkeys", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering for, submitting booking requests through, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with any policies, notices, guidelines, or supplemental conditions referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
"Account" means a registered Member account created on the Platform.
"Additional Driver" means any person, other than the primary Member, who is added to a Booking to operate a Self-Drive Vehicle.
"Booking" means a confirmed reservation of a Vehicle or mobility service, accepted by a Provider following a Booking Request.
"Booking Request" means a request submitted by you through the Platform to reserve a Vehicle or mobility service, which does not constitute a confirmed Booking until expressly accepted by the relevant Provider.
"Chauffeured Service" means a mobility service in which a vehicle is operated by a driver supplied by the Provider, without you operating the vehicle.
"Member" means any individual who has registered an Account on and uses the Platform.
"Platform" means the Superkeys website, applications, booking interfaces, account systems, APIs, software, and all related services and infrastructure operated by Superkeys.
"Provider" means an independent third-party business or operator that makes vehicles or mobility services available through the Platform, sets its own rates and geographic availability, and is responsible for the provision of those services.
"Provider Terms" means any additional terms, conditions, policies, or requirements imposed by a Provider in connection with a Booking.
"Self-Drive Vehicle" means a vehicle rented to you for self-operation, requiring a valid driving licence.
"Vehicle" means any luxury or premium vehicle listed on the Platform by a Provider.
"Verification" means the identity, licence, and document verification procedures conducted by Superkeys and/or its third-party verification partners.
2. About Superkeys
Superkeys is a global luxury vehicle marketplace and technology platform designed to connect Members with independent Providers offering premium vehicle rentals and mobility services.
Superkeys provides technology infrastructure and marketplace functionality including:
• luxury vehicle discovery and listings, maintained by Superkeys
• Booking Request submission and management
• Member Account creation and management
• identity and licence Verification workflows
• communications infrastructure between Members and Providers
• payment facilitation
• customer support and concierge assistance
• fraud prevention and compliance systems
• provider onboarding and partial verification
• platform analytics and security systems
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Superkeys is not:
• the owner of listed Vehicles
• a transportation carrier
• a rental fleet operator
• an insurer or insurance provider
• a travel agency
• a chauffeur operator
• a direct provider of transportation services
Vehicles and services available through the Platform are supplied by independent Providers. Superkeys operates solely as a technology and marketplace intermediary. Providers are valued independent partners and are treated as such.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
• you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• you are solely responsible for your use of the Platform
• you may be required to enter into separate Provider Terms in connection with a Booking
• Provider Terms govern operational and commercial matters including cancellations, refunds, deposits, vehicle conditions, and geographic restrictions
• these Terms govern all matters relating to the Platform, your Account, and your relationship with Superkeys
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any Provider Terms, Provider Terms shall prevail in respect of operational and commercial matters specific to the relevant Booking. In all other matters relating to use of the Platform, these Terms shall prevail.
Superkeys reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Where Superkeys takes such action, notice will be provided to your registered email address where reasonably practicable.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To create an Account or submit Booking Requests, you represent and warrant that:
• you are at least 18 years old, or the legal minimum age of contractual capacity in your jurisdiction
• all information submitted by you is accurate, current, and complete
• you are legally permitted to use the Platform and applicable payment methods
• you are not subject to sanctions or prohibited from accessing the Platform under applicable law
Minimum age requirements for specific Vehicles and services vary by Provider, vehicle category, and destination. Superkeys does not set or guarantee a universal minimum rental age. You are solely responsible for verifying eligibility requirements with the relevant Provider prior to submitting a Booking Request.
For Self-Drive Vehicles, you must hold a valid, unrestricted driving licence acceptable to the relevant Provider. For Chauffeured Services, no driving licence is required from you. Additional eligibility requirements may apply depending on:
• vehicle category and value
• destination and local regulations
• Provider-specific requirements
• driving history
• insurance requirements
• Verification outcomes
• sanctions screening results
Providers and Superkeys may independently refuse Booking Requests or transactions.
5. Member Accounts
5.1 Account Registration
Certain Platform functionality requires Account registration. By creating an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your Account information updated at all times.
5.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials
• safeguarding devices used to access the Platform
• restricting unauthorised access to your Account
• ensuring your Account information remains accurate and current
• all activities conducted through your Account
5.3 Account Features
Your Account may include the following functionality:
• submission and management of Booking Requests
• viewing confirmed Bookings and booking history
• cancellation of Bookings in accordance with the relevant Provider Terms
• identity and licence Verification submission
• management of Additional Drivers
5.4 Additional Drivers
Where a Self-Drive Vehicle permits Additional Drivers, you may add Additional Drivers through your Account. Each Additional Driver must complete identity and licence Verification as required by Superkeys. Acceptance of Additional Drivers is subject to Provider approval and may depend on Provider Terms, vehicle category, and applicable insurance requirements.
You remain solely responsible for all use of the Vehicle by Additional Drivers and for ensuring that all Additional Drivers comply with these Terms, Provider Terms, and all applicable laws.
5.5 Security Incidents
You must immediately notify Superkeys at legal@superkeys.com regarding any unauthorised Account access, credential compromise, suspected fraud, or security incidents. Superkeys will provide notice of any material Platform security incidents to your registered email address where required by applicable law.
5.6 Account Restrictions
You may not impersonate others, create fraudulent Accounts, use automated systems without authorisation, bypass Platform security measures, or share Accounts in violation of these Terms. Superkeys reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate Accounts and deny future Platform access where these Terms are violated or where Superkeys reasonably suspects misuse or fraudulent activity.
6. Vehicle Listings & Platform Database
The vehicle database on the Platform is maintained by Superkeys. Providers do not create or manage vehicle listings directly. Providers set their own rates and geographic availability for vehicles within the Platform database.
While Superkeys endeavours to maintain accurate vehicle information, Superkeys does not guarantee:
• the accuracy or completeness of vehicle specifications, descriptions, or imagery
• vehicle availability at the time of Booking Request
• that listed Vehicles match the exact condition described
• the legality of Vehicles in all jurisdictions
Providers may substitute vehicles with comparable alternatives where operationally necessary, subject to Member notification. You should verify specific vehicle requirements with the relevant Provider prior to confirming a Booking.
7. Booking Requests & Reservations
7.1 Booking Request Process
Submitting a Booking Request does not constitute a confirmed Booking. A Booking is only confirmed when expressly accepted by the relevant Provider. Superkeys will communicate Provider acceptance or rejection to your registered email address.
7.2 Provider Rights
Providers may at their discretion:
• accept or reject Booking Requests without obligation to provide reasons
• impose additional eligibility requirements
• conduct independent verification checks
• request additional documentation prior to acceptance
• require deposits or payment pre-authorisations
• impose geographic restrictions, mileage limits, or operational conditions
7.3 Pricing
Pricing displayed on the Platform is inclusive of all applicable Superkeys fees. Provider-specific charges, taxes, airport fees, delivery fees, mileage surcharges, insurance charges, seasonal adjustments, and other supplementary fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to payment confirmation. Final pricing is subject to Provider acceptance.
7.4 Verification Requirement
Identity Verification is mandatory for all Members prior to submitting a Booking Request. For Self-Drive Vehicles, licence Verification is additionally required. Failure to complete required Verification will result in Booking Requests being declined. Verification is conducted by Superkeys and/or independent third-party verification providers.
8. Payments
8.1 Payment Processing
Payment arrangements may vary depending on the Provider. Payments may be processed by Superkeys, third-party payment providers, financial institutions, or directly by independent Providers. The applicable payment arrangement will be disclosed prior to payment confirmation.
8.2 Authorised Charges
By submitting payment information, you authorise applicable charges relating to:
• confirmed Bookings and deposits
• Booking extensions
• damages, fines, tolls, and penalties
• late returns
• fuel discrepancies
• cleaning charges
• mileage overages
• smoking violations
• contractual violations
8.3 Payment Verification
Superkeys reserves the right to delay or reject transactions, conduct payment verification procedures, request supplementary documentation, place temporary holds, or suspend transactions pending review where fraud risks, compliance concerns, or verification failures arise.
8.4 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, banking fees, foreign exchange costs, cross-border transaction fees, and card issuer charges arising from your use of the Platform. Superkeys does not guarantee support for any specific payment method.
9. Cancellations, Refunds & Modifications
9.1 Provider Cancellation Policies
Each Provider sets its own cancellation, modification, refund, and no-show policies. These policies will be presented to you prior to Booking confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable Provider cancellation policy before submitting a Booking Request.
9.2 Platform Cancellation
You may submit cancellation requests through your Account. Cancellations are subject to the applicable Provider Terms. Superkeys will communicate cancellation outcomes to your registered email address.
9.3 Non-Refundable Amounts
Certain amounts may be non-refundable depending on Provider Terms, including:
• reservation and processing fees
• deposits
• provider-imposed charges
• verification-related fees
9.4 Refund Processing
Refund processing times depend on financial institutions, payment processors, Providers, and card issuers. Superkeys does not control or guarantee refund processing timelines.
10. Identity Verification & Compliance
Identity Verification is mandatory for all Members prior to submitting a Booking Request. Superkeys and/or independent third-party verification providers conduct Verification procedures which may include:
• government-issued identity document verification
• driving licence verification (Self-Drive Vehicles)
• biometric or selfie verification
• proof of address
• payment ownership confirmation
• sanctions screening
• anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks
Failure to satisfactorily complete Verification may result in rejected Booking Requests, transaction delays, Account suspension, cancellations, or access restrictions. Superkeys conducts partial verification of Providers prior to their listing on the Platform but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Provider information.
11. Vehicle Use
11.1 Your Obligations
You agree not to:
• operate Vehicles unlawfully or without a valid licence where required
• permit unauthorised drivers to operate Vehicles
• operate Vehicles while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication
• use Vehicles for racing, drifting, or competitive driving
• transport prohibited, hazardous, or illegal materials
• exceed applicable mileage limits
• misuse or intentionally damage Vehicles
• operate Vehicles in jurisdictions prohibited by the Provider
• use Vehicles for any criminal purpose
11.2 Your Liability
You remain solely responsible for all fines, towing costs, impound fees, penalties, contractual breaches, vehicle misuse, and legal violations arising from your use of or access to Vehicles. Additional Provider-specific restrictions may apply and will be disclosed in Provider Terms.
11.3 Vehicle Delivery & Collection
Vehicles are delivered and collected by Providers directly. Superkeys is not responsible for delivery logistics, timing, or operational arrangements. You should coordinate directly with Providers regarding delivery and collection.
12. Insurance & Risk Allocation
Insurance for Vehicles and services is handled entirely by Providers. Superkeys does not set minimum insurance requirements, provide insurance, or act as an insurer in any capacity.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding Provider insurance arrangements including:
• coverage limits and scope
• exclusions and restrictions
• deductibles and excess amounts
• claim procedures
• additional driver coverage
Superkeys does not guarantee the availability, adequacy, or validity of any insurance coverage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superkeys disclaims all liability arising from accidents, property damage, personal injury, theft, mechanical failures, provider conduct, your conduct, booking disputes, travel disruptions, cancellations, and regulatory restrictions.
13. Security Deposits & Pre-Authorisations
Providers and payment processors may place temporary payment holds, pre-authorisations, or security deposits before, during, or after rentals. Deposit amounts and conditions are set by Providers and will be disclosed prior to Booking confirmation.
Deposits may relate to damages, tolls, fines, cleaning costs, smoking violations, mileage overages, fuel discrepancies, contractual breaches, or late returns. Release timing depends on banks, payment processors, financial institutions, and Provider policies. Superkeys is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial systems.
14. Vehicle Condition & Inspection
You are strongly encouraged to inspect Vehicles thoroughly before and after use and to document any pre-existing damage. Providers may rely upon photographs, videos, telematics data, GPS data, inspection forms, mileage records, timestamped evidence, and incident reports in connection with damage assessments or disputes.
Failure to report visible issues before Vehicle use may affect the outcome of any subsequent dispute. Superkeys is not a party to disputes between you and Providers regarding vehicle condition and does not adjudicate such disputes. You must address condition and damage disputes directly with the relevant Provider.
15. GPS, Tracking & Telematics
Vehicles available through the Platform may contain GPS systems, immobilisers, telematics devices, dash cameras, and related tracking technologies. Such systems may be used by Providers for theft prevention, insurance compliance, safety monitoring, mileage tracking, operational management, and legal compliance.
By using Vehicles arranged through the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the use of such technologies where legally permitted. Superkeys is not responsible for the operation, data collection, or data use of tracking systems installed by Providers.
16. International Use & Cross-Border Restrictions
Cross-border driving, ferry transport, international use, or operation in restricted territories may require additional authorisation from the relevant Provider. You are solely responsible for verifying:
• local laws and driving regulations
• driving licence validity in the destination jurisdiction
• visa and entry requirements
• customs and border procedures
• applicable insurance coverage for the destination
Superkeys does not guarantee that Vehicles may legally operate in all jurisdictions. You must confirm cross-border permissions directly with the relevant Provider prior to travel.
17. Disputes Between Members & Providers
Superkeys is a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to agreements between you and Providers. Disputes relating to Bookings, vehicle condition, refunds, cancellations, damages, or Provider conduct are matters between you and the relevant Provider.
Superkeys may provide customer support and facilitate communications between you and Providers but is not obligated to mediate, adjudicate, or resolve such disputes. Superkeys does not guarantee any particular outcome in connection with disputes between you and Providers.
You are encouraged to contact Providers directly in the first instance to resolve disputes. Where disputes cannot be resolved directly, you may contact Superkeys customer support for assistance.
18. Customer Support & Concierge Assistance
Superkeys provides customer support and concierge assistance to Members through official Platform communication channels. Customer support is provided on a reasonable efforts basis and does not constitute an obligation to resolve disputes, guarantee outcomes, or assume liability for Provider conduct.
Superkeys reserves the right to determine the scope, availability, and manner of customer support and concierge services at its discretion.
19. Reviews & Ratings
Superkeys does not currently operate a proprietary review or ratings system. You may independently review Providers and your experiences through independent third-party platforms such as Google or Trustpilot, subject to those platforms' own terms and conditions.
Superkeys is not responsible for reviews or ratings published on third-party platforms and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of such content.
20. Platform Availability & Technical Operations
The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. Superkeys does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, software updates, infrastructure failures, internet outages, cloud provider failures, cyber incidents, force majeure events, and third-party service disruptions.
Superkeys reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time. Where planned maintenance or material changes to Platform functionality are anticipated, Superkeys will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to your registered email address.
21. Notices & Communications
All formal notices from Superkeys to you will be delivered to the registered email address associated with your Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and accurate. Notices are deemed received at the time of transmission to your registered email address.
You consent to receiving electronic notices, records, disclosures, agreements, and communications from Superkeys. Electronic confirmations and signatures have the same legal effect as physical signatures where legally permitted.

22. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, interfaces, text, vehicle databases, graphics, media, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Superkeys. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, automate extraction from, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Superkeys.
Unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and these Terms.
23. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
• violate applicable laws or regulations
• interfere with or disrupt Platform operations or infrastructure
• bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat Platform security systems
• upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or harmful content
• engage in fraud, abuse, or misrepresentation
• manipulate pricing, availability, or Booking functionality
• submit false or fraudulent Booking Requests
• conduct unauthorised automated data extraction or scraping
• abuse customer support or concierge systems
• impersonate any person or entity
• create multiple Accounts for fraudulent purposes
Superkeys reserves the right to investigate suspected misconduct and cooperate with regulators, insurers, payment processors, financial institutions, and law enforcement authorities where required.
24. Provider Relationships
Providers using the Platform are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, representatives, or joint venture partners of Superkeys. Providers are valued independent partners integral to the Superkeys marketplace.
Providers remain solely responsible for:
• fleet operations and vehicle legality
• vehicle maintenance and roadworthiness
• licensing and regulatory compliance
• taxes and financial obligations
• insurance arrangements
• customer interactions and service delivery
• vehicle delivery and collection
• contractual obligations to Members
Superkeys conducts partial verification of Providers prior to their listing on the Platform. This does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of Provider quality, legality, or conduct. Superkeys reserves the right to suspend or remove Providers from the Platform at its discretion.
25. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or rely upon third-party services including payment providers, identity verification providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication systems, mapping services, and related technology providers. Superkeys is not responsible for third-party outages, failures, security incidents, policies, or contractual terms. Use of third-party services may be governed by separate agreements presented to you at the relevant point of use.
26. Fraud Prevention & Compliance Monitoring
Superkeys operates fraud prevention, anti-money laundering, and compliance monitoring systems. Superkeys reserves the right to refuse transactions, suspend Accounts, delay Bookings, request additional documentation, conduct internal risk reviews, and monitor Account activity where:
• fraud risks or suspicious activity are identified
• sanctions concerns exist
• chargeback abuse is suspected
• verification failures occur
• security threats are identified
• regulatory or legal compliance obligations require action
27. Sanctions & Restricted Persons
You may not use the Platform if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in prohibited jurisdictions, acting on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities, or otherwise prohibited from accessing applicable financial systems.
Superkeys reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in order to comply with sanctions laws, export controls, anti-money laundering obligations, and regulatory requirements applicable in England and Wales and internationally.
28. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
You agree not to improperly initiate chargebacks or payment disputes in respect of valid charges. Where chargebacks are improperly initiated, Superkeys reserves the right to contest disputes, submit evidence to payment processors and financial institutions, suspend associated Accounts, and recover losses, fees, and associated costs from you.
You remain responsible for valid contractual obligations even where payment disputes are initiated.
29. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superkeys and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for:
• indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• punitive damages
• reputational harm or loss of goodwill
• business interruption
• loss of profits or revenue
• loss of data or systems
• loss of opportunities
• losses arising from Provider conduct or failure
• losses arising from vehicle condition, accidents, or incidents
• losses arising from third-party service failures
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Superkeys' total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Superkeys in connection with the relevant Booking during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
30. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Superkeys and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
• your use of the Platform
• violations of these Terms
• misuse of Vehicles or services
• violations of applicable law
• disputes with Providers
• your negligence or wilful misconduct
• improper payment disputes or chargebacks
• conduct of Additional Drivers added to your Account
31. Force Majeure
Superkeys shall not be liable for failures or delays in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, governmental actions, pandemics, civil unrest, infrastructure failures, internet outages, transportation disruptions, supplier failures, or cyber incidents. Superkeys will endeavour to notify affected Members via their registered email address where force majeure events materially affect Platform availability or Bookings.
32. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform.
Nothing in this clause prevents Superkeys from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
33. Privacy & Data
Use of the Platform is governed by the Superkeys Privacy Policy, which will be made available at superkeys.com/privacy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed, stored, transferred, analysed, and shared in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
Superkeys processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
34. Modifications to These Terms
Superkeys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Superkeys will provide reasonable advance notice to your registered email address. Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Superkeys at legal@superkeys.com.
35. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superkeys disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted operation, and non-infringement. Superkeys does not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
36. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
37. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Superkeys Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Superkeys relating to use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, communications, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
