During an accident or urgent issue

Disputes with a provider
Superkeys is a marketplace intermediary and is not a party to agreements between a Member and a Provider. Superkeys can help facilitate communication but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes relating to Bookings, vehicle condition, refunds, cancellations, damages, or Provider conduct, and does not guarantee any particular outcome. Contacting the Provider directly in the first instance is encouraged.
