Confidence behind the wheel starts with clear coverage. Insurance for vehicles and services booked through Superkeys is arranged entirely by the Provider; Superkeys does not set minimum insurance requirements, does not provide insurance, and does not act as an insurer in any capacity.
What to review before booking
Insurance arrangements vary by Provider and by listing. Before submitting a Booking Request, the following should be reviewed for the specific vehicle:
- Coverage limits and scope
- Exclusions and restrictions
- Deductibles and excess amounts
- Claim procedures
- Whether additional drivers are covered
This information is disclosed by the Provider prior to Booking confirmation. Superkeys does not guarantee the availability, adequacy, or validity of any insurance coverage.
Use of personal insurance
Some Members are covered through a personal auto policy. Where outside coverage is intended to apply instead of, or alongside, the Provider's own arrangement, confirmation with that insurer that coverage applies to the rental country and vehicle category is recommended in advance.
