Vehicle delivery options
The vehicle can arrive wherever the moment calls for. Most of our listings offer delivery as an alternative to pickup at the collection point shown on the listing.
How delivery works
A delivery address, such as a hotel, home, office, or venue, is selected before payment. A Provider brings the vehicle at the scheduled time, completes the joint inspection on-site, as described in Pre-Rental Vehicle Inspection, and hands over the keys.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on distance from the nearest available collection point and are set by the Provider. The applicable fee is always displayed prior to booking confirmation.
Delivery windows
An arrival window, rather than an exact time, is typically provided to account for local traffic conditions. Window length is set by the Provider. The Provider provides contact as the delivery approaches.
Return via delivery
Where delivery was arranged, return is typically symmetrical, with the Provider collecting the vehicle from the same or a different address at the end of the rental. The return address and time should be confirmed in advance if different from the pickup location.
