Arriving in style can start the moment the wheels touch down. Airport and hotel pickup are among the most commonly selected delivery options for travelers.
Airport pickup
Arrival flight details should be provided at booking so the Provider can track delays. The meeting point at the airport is arranged by the Provider and shown on the booking confirmation.
Airport surcharge
Certain airports carry a surcharge, displayed before payment, as described in Taxes and Additional Fees.
Hotel pickup
Hotel name and confirmation details should be provided at booking. The vehicle is typically delivered to the hotel entrance or valet area at the requested time.
Flight delays
If a flight is delayed, support should be contacted as soon as possible. Since a confirmed Booking cannot be changed, significant delays, such as an overnight arrival, should be raised with support directly to see what options are available.
