Vehicle specifications and condition
Every detail matters when choosing the right vehicle. Listings are intended to reflect the specifications of the specific vehicle being offered by the Provider.
Information shown on each listing
- Year, trim, and color
- Photos of the vehicle
- Odometer mileage
- Transmission type and drivetrain
- Features included, where specified
Listing accuracy
We maintain the vehicle database, while Providers set the rates and availability for their own vehicles. Superkeys does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of vehicle specifications, descriptions, or imagery, vehicle availability at the time of a Booking Request, or that a vehicle will match its listed condition exactly. Providers remain responsible for their vehicles' maintenance, roadworthiness, and legal compliance. Providers may substitute a comparable vehicle where operationally necessary, subject to notifying the Member.
Discrepancies between listing and vehicle
Where a vehicle does not match its listing, such as a different trim, undisclosed damage, or mechanical issues, this should be raised immediately at pickup, before accepting the vehicle, as described in Reporting an Issue. Any resolution, such as an alternative vehicle, is subject to the Provider's own policies.
Mileage and odometer readings
Total odometer mileage is displayed for transparency and does not affect the rental's mileage allowance, which is a separate, per-rental limit, as described in Mileage Limits and Overage Fees.
