Traffic violations and tolls
Responsibility for tolls, parking tickets, or traffic violations incurred while the vehicle is in the Member's possession rests with the Member.
Tolls
Tolls incurred during the rental are charged to the account after the rental, itemized separately from the rental fee.
Parking tickets and violations
Parking tickets, speeding citations, or other violations issued during the rental are billed directly, either forwarded by the issuing authority or charged by the Provider if received first.
Notification process
Itemized notification is sent to the registered contact details for any tolls or violations processed after the rental. Timing varies, as certain jurisdictions take longer than others to issue citations.
Disputing a charge
Where a toll or violation is believed to be incorrectly attributed to a rental, such as an occurrence outside the rental window, support should be contacted with the booking reference for investigation with the Provider and issuing authority.
