How Superkeys works
You can search, book, and rent a wide range of luxury and high-performance vehicles across major cities worldwide.
Overview of the process
You start by browsing available vehicles by city, rental dates, and category. You can then select a vehicle and any additional services, such as delivery, a chauffeured service, or additional authorized drivers. Once you complete identity verification and submit a Booking Request, the Provider confirms availability and issues a quoted invoice; once you pay it, your Booking is confirmed. You then receive the vehicle, either through delivery or pickup at the location shown on the listing, and return it at the agreed time and location when the rental period ends.
Vehicle selection
Every listing shows full details: pricing, deposit requirements, and vehicle specifications are disclosed before you submit a Booking Request. Some technical specifications may vary, as described in Vehicle specifications and condition.
Booking requests
Submitting a Booking Request does not immediately confirm your reservation. The Provider first confirms availability and issues a quoted invoice; your Booking is confirmed only once you pay that invoice. We communicate each step, acceptance, rejection, or a request to pay, directly to you.
Service standards
- You see a starting daily rate at the time of search; your final quotation, with deposits, insurance, and optional add-ons itemized in full, is presented before payment.
