Vehicle delivery options
Most of our listings offer delivery as an alternative to pickup at the collection point shown on the listing.
How delivery works
You select a delivery address, such as a hotel, home, office, or venue, before payment. The Provider brings the vehicle at the scheduled time, completes the joint inspection on-site, as described in Pre-rental vehicle inspection, and hands over the keys.
Delivery fees
Fees depend on distance from the nearest available collection point and are set by the Provider. The applicable fee is always displayed before your Booking is confirmed.
Delivery windows
You typically receive an arrival window, rather than an exact time, to account for local traffic conditions. Window length is set by the Provider, who contacts you as the delivery approaches.
Return via delivery
Where you arrange delivery, return is typically symmetrical, with the Provider collecting the vehicle from the same or a different address at the end of the rental. Confirm the return address and time in advance if different from the pickup location.
