Traffic violations and tolls

You are responsible for tolls, parking tickets, or traffic violations incurred while the vehicle is in your possession.

Tolls

Tolls incurred during the rental are charged to your account after the rental, itemized separately from the rental fee.

Parking tickets and violations

Parking tickets, speeding citations, or other violations issued during the rental are billed to you directly, either forwarded by the issuing authority or charged by the Provider if received first.

Notification process

We notify you with an itemized breakdown of any tolls or violations processed after the rental. Timing varies, as certain jurisdictions take longer than others to issue citations.

Disputing a charge

If you believe a toll or violation is incorrectly attributed to your rental, such as an occurrence outside the rental window, contact support with your booking reference for investigation with the Provider and issuing authority.
