Keeping your account details current avoids delays when booking or picking up a vehicle.

Contact details, including email and phone number
Driver's license and identity documents, requiring re-verification after changes
Notification preferences
Registered additional drivers

Updating a license

If your license is renewed or replaced, update it from your account. Bookings made with an expired license on file may be declined at pickup.

Changing an email or phone number

Changing your primary email or phone number requires a verification code sent to the new contact method, to prevent unauthorized account changes.

Closing an account

You can request account closure from account settings. Any pending bookings must be completed or cancelled first. We retain limited records as required by law and for unresolved billing matters.
